In addition to the physical stores, Xiro offer our products in our online store, emphasizing the security offered by any of the 4 platforms that we make available. We make available to you the sending, a change and a return without shipping costs and customer service on measures of the garments and whatever you need so that this virtual purchase be the most comfortable and simple.

SHOP AND CART    

Access through the main menu by pressing STORE. You will see our clothes and their price including VAT. Once inside each of them, you have the information relative to the materials, style, certificates and measures as well as several representative photos.

Click “ADD TO CART”. When you have finished your purchases click on and “VIEW CART” to access the shopping cart. You will have the possibility of eliminating the products or changing the quantity to be ordered as well as calculating the shipping costs. Once you have made any changes click the UPDATE CART button to see the new status. When everything is fine, click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

Finally, fill in the gaps with your data (if you are not a registered user), choose one of the payment methods and accept the Terms & Conditions and press “PLACE ORDER”.

REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

You can place orders on xiroeco.com as a guest user, we still recommend you to register. It’s very simple, enter your email address and a password. Then enter your shipping and / or billing information and they will be saved for your next orders. Check our privacy policy.

If you are already a user, log in to My Account and you only have to choose the payment method, accept the Terms of use and ORDER.

From the control panel of your account you can view your recent orders, manage your billing and shipping addresses and edit your password and your account details

ORDERS BY PHONE

If you prefer to place your order by phone call (+34) 886 126 339 or (+34) 678 553 812 between 10:00 a.m. and 20:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday (Spanish time). Inform us of the reference and size you have chosen, your name, address, phone number and email. Payment can only be made by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

Outside those hours, leave a sms or whatsapp message with the text “Request Xiro”.

Are in euros included VAT, excluded shipping costs (see next tabs).

Prices may change at any time, but possible changes will not affect orders with respect to which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.

To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on “PLACE ORDER”. You will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (Receipt of your order in Xiro | Atlantic Denim) as the “Order Confirmation”.

By clicking on “PLACE ORDER” you are confirming that the credit card is yours or that you are the legitimate holder of the gift card or credit card.

Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if the entity does not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and we will not be able to formalize any contract with you.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Cancellations of orders are accepted as long as they are requested before shipment of the same. To cancel, you must request it through the Contact form or sending an e-mail to info@xiroeco.com.

RETURNS

Returns are free in Spain and Europa (Zone 1).

In the rest of the zones the returns have the usual shipping cost for each of it (see Shipping & Delivery tab), this cost will be deducted from the amount of the order to be refunded. If you wish, you can manage the return yourself with the cost at your expense.

If you received a faulty item, you will be refunded the cost of goods. Please contact us at info@xiroeco.com and we will arrange the refund the postage expenses too.

EXCHANGES

Size or model changes are free in Spain. After the first change the shipping costs will be borne by the user.

We will be happy to help you with the change so that you won’t have leftover at the waist as much as two handspams or be able to pull the jeans higher up the knees 😉

Outside of Spain with free pick up. The return shipping will have the usual cost for each zone and must be paid to XIRO through Paypal or bank transfer before the new size or product returns to the user.

HOW TO PROCEED WITH A RETURN/EXCHANGE

1. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt that the product wants to be returned or exchanged and the reasons for such return. You can do it by email to info@xiroeco.com, by phone at 886 126 339 or by using the customer service form.

2. Wrap the product keeping its packaging and original labeling. The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered.

3. Xiro will schedule a pick up at your address that will be usually done within 1 day after you have left your notice.*

4. Once the package arrives, clothing is checked and return shipping costs are received, we will send the new requested size. On the other hand, if you do not want a exchange, we will refund the amount of the order less shipping costs, if any.

To do this you must follow only Steps 1 and 2 leaving us a message. In this case the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

REFUNDS

The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the cost of the returned products less the cost of the shipping costs. Returns and partial cancellations will give rise to partial refunds.

REFUNDS FOR SPAIN, PORTUGAL AND EUROPE (ZONE 1)
Xiro will refund the amount of the returned product(s) through the same payment method by which the purchase was made by the Customer, discounting only the costs of sending the order initially paid.

REFUNDS FOR EUROPE (ZONE 2) AND OTHER EU
Xiro will refund the amount of the returned product(s) through the same payment method by which the purchase was made by the Customer, discounting the costs of sending the order initially paid and the costs in which the latter has incurred in order to return the product or products of Xiro.

The application of the refund to the account or card of the Client will depend on the card and the issuing entity. This process can take between 3 and 10 days once the order arrives at the warehouse.

TRADITIONAL JEANS CARE

… which would imply washing in the washing machine:

no more than 30 degrees

with dark or black clothing

do not use bleach

do not dry clean

At Xiro we recommend that our garments are washed with detergents with ingredients of vegetal origin, rapid and complete biodegradability and free of animal experimentation. Besides being softer also we take care of the environment and animals.

To prevent discoloration and simultaneously save water and energy , it is preferable not to over-wash it and avoid prolonged exposure to the sun during drying.

Do not tumble dry.

Iron at low temperature, max 110 degrees.

Applying this care, the starch present in the raw denim fabric is gone faster, the adaptation to the body is not maintained and the color loss is uniform, as in the rest of the jeans with washes.

You can check whenever you want the instructions printed on the pocket lining.

RAW DENIM SPECIAL CARE

Basically:

delay the first wash until 3-6 months. Later we can space the washes 1 or 2 months, whatever we consider.

always wash in cold water with soft detergent either by hand or short or delicate cycle.

wash the jeans from the inside out and air dry well extended

So many months without washing your jeans may seem crazy, but nothing happens!:

try to hang it in the outdoors or next to a window during the day or night.

try to expose to the sun for an hour on both sides and the back. Ultraviolet radiation from the sun reduces bacteria.

Of course, when we have had stains we never managed to fix it like that !! ? Check the guide again.

Thanks to these care the wear and tear that is produced in the jeans is personal depending on the body and the movements of each one, and the fabric yields in those parts where it needs, which makes it a unique and comfortable garment that says much of us.

LONG LIVE THE JEANS

Finally and very important for our pursuit of the most sustainable options, we recommend: patch, fix, customize…in short…to extend the life of our garments as much as possible ?

Wash… or not wash, that is the question… from here we also want to encourage you not to wash so much your jeans. Why would you do that if you love going out clean as a whistle?
